Production lines for hardware manufacturers
Klinq builds the machines behind the hardware: complete hinge and drawer-slide production lines, from decoiler to boxed product. Designed by engineers who run these processes daily in our own production centre.
Hinge production lines
Progressive stamping presses, multi-station assembly machines for riveting, spring and damper insertion, and end-of-line cycle testing — up to 60 hinges per minute.
Explore hinge lines→Drawer-slide production lines
High-speed roll-forming lines for slide profiles, ball-retainer assembly, automatic riveting and load-test rigs — up to 20 metres of profile per minute.

We run these lines ourselves
Most machinery vendors have never shipped a container of finished hardware. We have. Every line we sell embodies lessons from our own production floor in Foshan — tooling that lasts, changeovers that are actually fast, and QC stations positioned where defects really occur.
That is also why we can guarantee output quality in the sales contract: we specify the line against the finished hardware standard, not just machine uptime.
