Hinge production lines

A complete route from steel coil to boxed, tested concealed hinges — configured to your product range and target output, and commissioned on your floor.

01

Progressive stamping

High-speed presses (45–110 t) with progressive dies blank and form hinge arms, cups and mounting plates directly from coil. Servo feeders hold pitch accuracy; die protection sensors stop the press before a misfeed becomes tooling damage.

02

Plating & finishing

Formed components move to barrel nickel or zinc plating. We design racking and drum loads around the parts so plating thickness stays within specification on functional surfaces.

03

Automated assembly

Rotary and in-line multi-station machines assemble cup, arm and plate: rivet insertion and orbital forming, spring fitting, damper insertion for soft-close models — each station verified by sensors before the part moves on.

04

Testing & packing

End-of-line rigs sample-test opening torque and closing action, with full cycle testing per batch. Counting and boxing machines pack to your carton standard, ready for despatch.

Scaled to your ambition

A line can start compact — one press, one assembly machine, manual packing — and grow station by station as volumes rise. We design the layout for that growth on day one, so adding capacity later means adding machines, not rebuilding the factory.

Existing hinge makers use us to automate single bottleneck stations — damper insertion is the usual first candidate — without touching the rest of a working line.
