Drawer-slide production lines
Roll forming is where slide quality is decided. Our lines hold profile tolerances tight enough that assembly becomes routine — and the finished slide glides the way the drawing intended.
Roll forming from coil
Decoiler, straightener and a 12–18 station roll-forming mill turn steel strip into finished slide profiles at up to 20 metres per minute, with in-line punching for mounting holes and flying cut-off to length — no secondary operations.
Retainer & ball assembly
Automatic machines mould-fed POM retainers with hardened steel balls, then marry retainer, inner and outer members. Ball count and seating are sensor-verified on every unit.
Riveting & module fitting
Stops, latches, disconnect levers and soft-close or push-to-open modules are fitted and riveted on indexing machines — each station gated so an incomplete slide cannot progress.
Testing & packing
Every line ends with cycle and extension-force sampling plus batch load testing at rated capacity. Paired slides are matched, greased, and packed left/right to your carton standard.

Tooling is the real product
Two roll-forming lines can look identical on a brochure and behave completely differently after 500 tonnes of steel. The difference is tooling design: roller material, forming flower, and how the strip is guided between stands. Our tooling is proven on our own slides before it is offered to customers.
Quick-change tooling sets let one line run multiple slide series — partial and full extension, different load classes — with changeovers measured in hours, not days.
